Actuarial Analyst

As an Actuarial Analyst at CFC, you’ll be working at the centre of how we understand and improve underwriting performance. Sitting within the Performance Management team, you’ll get involved in a broad mix of analysis, reporting and project work that directly informs how we make commercial decisions across the business.The work you produce will be visible, used, and relied upon. You’ll be helping to answer real questions about performance, pricing and portfolio direction, and you’ll see the impact of that work play out in how we operate. As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to engage with underwriting and claims teams, as well as other support functions such as products, software development, and <finance.It>’s a great opportunity to build a strong understanding of how the business connects, and to develop your commercial awareness alongside your actuarial skillset.
