Job Descriptions Program Description Sales Representative Trainee program is a 6-months designed to kickstart your career in sales. The program begins with comprehensive in-class training at Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi Bogor which aims to develop your essential sales skills and in-depth product knowledge. Following the in-class training, there will be On the Job training where you will learn about the implementation of the knowledges you gained in in-class training. Upon successfully completing the program, you will step into your role as a Sales Representative, and you'll be deployed to one of our branches across Indonesia where you can start your professional career as Sales in Heavy Equipment industry. Requirements Min. Diploma 3 degree. Open from all major, but preferably from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Marine Engineering major Max. 30 years old Having sales experience max 2 years from heavy equipment, banking, insurance, industrial material, or other related industries Open for fresh graduates from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Marine Engineering major. Have driving license (SIM A) Willing to be placed across Indonesia. Trainee Program Details Duration: 6 Months Intensive in-class training at Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi, Bogor. Trainee will learn about basic sales skills and product knowledge. Assignment at one of our branches Final Evaluation: At the end of the trainee program Post Graduation of the Trainee Program: Will be hired as Sales Representative and will be deployed to one of our branches across Indonesia.
