Job Overview The Project Manager – Serial Production is responsible for managing projects in the serial production phase, ensuring stable operations, cost control, and compliance with quality, delivery, and performance targets. Job Requirements Lead cross-functional activities during serial production to ensure on-time delivery and performance stability Monitor KPIs related to quality, cost, and delivery, and drive corrective actions where needed Act as main interface between production, quality, supply chain, and other stakeholders Manage changes impacting serial production (process, design, supplier, capacity) Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reliability Evaluating project engineering designs and tracking project completion within budget and scheduling constraints. Reviewing reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address execution problems. Participating in the development of project schedules, work plans, technical estimates, and design documents. Monitoring project health, safety and integrity through compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Ideal Background Bachelors degree in Relevant technical field Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience in relevant technical field Good Command in English in both verbal and written form SAP is a nice to have Great communication as well as organization skills and proactive attitude Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
