Drives supplier selection, contract negotiation, and sourcing strategy implementation to deliver sustainable cost, innovation, and risk outcomes. Job Requirements Establishing and executing mid-term and long-term sourcing strategies for assigned categories. Leading supplier negotiations and contract development in alignment with business objectives. Managing supplier relationships to ensure achievement of cost, delivery, and performance commitments. Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to leverage global spend and optimize supplier footprints. Identifying innovation, design-to-cost, and early supplier involvement opportunities. Researching market, technology, and industry trends to inform sourcing strategies. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies
