• Receive incoming materials and verify quality, quantity, and condition based on purchase order and delivery note.
• Store materials in designated locations with proper label and care to ensure easy retrieval and safety.
• Prepare and issue materials as per internal requests and production schedules.
• Update inventory records accurately using the warehouse systems (WMS & ERP).
• Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately to the warehouse management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area according to safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth warehouse workflow.
• Follow and enforce safety protocols during handling, storage, and movement of materials.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing.
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills (reading and writing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Strong leadership skills and experience in dealing with warehouse workers.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good organizational, accuracy, and time management skills.
