Job Overview Designs and implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to maximize throughput; researches on products and processes to optimize efficiency. Job Requirements Identifying new technologies and processes to increase efficiency; consulting on the selection and implementation of automation and robotics on the assembly line. Reviewing and updating manufacturing processes and policies as per compliance and industry standard. Designing and implementing processes for manufacturing equipment selection; identifying optimal tools for machines. Establishing control charting of complex features and processes; monitoring results and determining machine capabilities, process capabilities, and performance reliability.
