Principal Test Engineer

Description In this role, you will work in a fast‑paced environment, developing and executing advanced test solutions for high‑performance RF products used in next‑generation wireless systems. Responsibilities Design and execute RF measurement setups that exceed and enhance Skyworks’ strategic goals Analyze test results, identify issues, and drive root-cause investigations with design and systems engineering teams. Understand test requirements for RF products including power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, couplers, switches, acoustic filters, and various integrated RF Front End WiLAN transmit/receive modules Spectral Analysis, Network Analysis Modulated Signal Analysis (e.g., EVM, ACLR, SEM) Noise Figure Digital Pre-Distortion and Envelope Tracking DC analysis / Pulsed current Implement and maintain digital control interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, RFFE) for device bring‑up and automation. Required Experience and Skills Extensive experience developing and deploying software automation tools using National instruments LabVIEW At least 8+ years of experience with LabVIEW software C#, Python and MATLAB is a plus Developing GUI experience is a plus Developing Instrument Drivers is a plus Hands‑on knowledge of WiFi, IoT and Bluetooth RF parameters and test methods. Database design experience is a plus Able to analyze and troubleshoot code remotely – test benches located in different labs across Skyworks locations Familiarity with statistical concepts Ability to working as part of a multidisciplinary team Effective communication Curious, creative and a collaborative problem solver Possess a team-oriented attitude, accountability and ownership #LI-CB1 Desired Experience and Skills Referral Bonus Program Reward (if eligible): Rs200,000.00
