We are looking for a Lead Ecosystem Program Manager who will help turn complex cross-company initiatives into scalable, well-orchestrated solutions — starting with the launch of a unified identity platform.

What you’ll do

Build and own the master program roadmap, translating strategic goals into clear execution plans

Drive delivery from MVP launch to scaling, managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and priorities

Coordinate business, product, analytics, and technology teams across multiple independent entities

Facilitate alignment between companies, functions, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution

Establish governance processes, steering committees, and decision-making frameworks

Escalate risks, trade-offs, and blockers in a timely and transparent manner

Partner with Strategy and Finance teams to shape business cases and support C-level decision-making

Challenge delivery and implementation approaches to improve feasibility, speed, and business impact

Track program KPIs together with Analytics teams and ensure expected outcomes are achieved post-launch

Create clarity and momentum in a fast-changing, non-linear environment

What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience as a Senior/Lead Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Lead

Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-functional or cross-company initiatives

Strong program delivery and stakeholder management skills in complex matrix organizations

Ability to transform ambiguous business challenges into structured plans and measurable actions

Experience managing dependencies, priorities, and delivery under uncertainty

High level of ownership, resilience, pragmatism, and accountability

Ability to influence and drive progress without direct authority

Strong business mindset combined with confidence working alongside technology teams

Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and data architecture concepts will be a plus

Experience communicating with senior leadership and facilitating executive-level decision-making
