Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry. Automotive manufacturing processes. Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Production planning, logistics, and supply chain management. Financial and operational performance management. Proven experience managing large manufacturing teams and multi-functional organizations. English proficiency for communication with international suppliers JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead and manage all plant operations to achieve business objectives. Develop and execute the plant’s strategic and operational plans. Build and maintain a strong leadership team capable of delivering sustainable results. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Ensure effective communication across all organizational levels. Ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and on time. Optimize manufacturing processes to maximize productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions when required. Drive capacity planning and resource optimization. Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and customer-specific requirements. Ensure on-time delivery performance in accordance with customer expectations. Develop and manage the plant operating budget. Monitor financial performance and implement cost reduction initiatives. Ensure achievement of profitability, productivity, and cost targets.
