ACCOUNTING SENIOR SPECIALIST

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, Experience in international accounting and tax processes, Proven background in multi-country structures and coordination with external advisors, Solid knowledge of SAP FI, Advanced level of English, both written and spoken, 4 years experience, min. 2 years of Big Four experience, Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment. Job Description End-to-end follow-up of VAT refund processes related to overseas offices and warehouses, including coordination and provision of required information and documentation to local advisors, Monitoring and control of invoice postings in SAP for international operations, Review, reconciliation, and assessment of financial statements prepared by local accounting/tax advisors, Collection and review of monthly financial reporting packages, ensuring accurate and timely information flow with advisors, Providing technical support for international financial processes, Performing financial data controls and coordinating necessary corrections, Working in close coordination with IT teams to ensure smooth operation of system-related financial processes, Supporting statutory audit processes for international entities, including: Data checks and validations, Support for audit reports and auditor requests, Other Reporting & Compliance Activities: Coordination with advisors during the preparation of Group Transfer Pricing documentation, Preparation of required data and documentation for the Turkey Master File.
