Quality Engineer

Your Skills & Strengths: Bachelor’s degree in engineering. A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a Tier 1 environment. Experience in automotive business. Excellent organizational, analytical. Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and 8D problem-solving. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required. Excellent communication Bilingual English / Spanish. Your Role & Responsibilities: Failure analysis of main automotive assembly of primary customers dealing with 0km and warranty. Provide Technical Support to the different departments regarding quality system. Coordination of problem-solving activities / 8D Report. FTTQ Action Plan Top 3 contributors / Monthly reporting. Scrap Action Plan for top 3 contributors / Monthly reporting. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supplier to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
