Position Purpose : Supervises resources and develop programs based on production capacity and material availability.Monitoring results of process and making the necessary adjustments to meet customer's requirements. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Responsible to set a daily production plan to achieve the goals of safety, quality and production, supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill . Detect area needs . Lead improvement projects . Coordinate and lead cell production meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements: Advanced English.
