Site Manager (Data Center)

Job Position Lead data center construction, manage contractors, ensure schedule, quality, safety, monitor progress, handle risks, coordinate stakeholders, reporting, commissioning, handover. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage overall site construction activities for Data Center projects (civil, electrical, mechanical works) Oversee EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project execution aligns with schedule, budget, and quality standards Plan, coordinate, and control site activities and daily operations Ensure all works comply with design specifications, technical standards, and project requirements Monitor construction progress, productivity, and resource allocation Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC standards across all disciplines Manage commissioning readiness, including coordination of electrical and mechanical systems testing Identify and resolve on-site issues, risks, and delays proactively Act as the main focal point for all site stakeholders (contractors, consultants, internal teams) Lead site meetings, reporting, and progress updates to management Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Support project handover to operations team upon completion Job Qualifications Bechelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. Minimum 8–15 years of experience in construction / EPC / site management Experience in Data Center, power plant, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred Comprehensive knowledge of MS-Office to include MS Project, AutoCAD. Strong leadership experiences and management skills. Fluent in English both written and verbal. (TOEIC 750) Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad. Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
