Summary Perform skilled maintenance, repair, adjustment, and minor construction work in the trades to ensure the facilities are properly maintained; duties may fall into a variety of trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire and life safety and security systems; perform general custodial and other tasks as assigned.
