LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leading a team of software engineers to ensure the successful execution of embedded software projects for our systems in order to meet milestones, quality expectations and budget objectives. Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to plan and execute software projects according to the given standards (ASPICE, ISO-standards, etc) Support to develop, maintain and adjust global Software architecture, standards & standard requirements library. Execute software part of application projects and deliver validated software on specific hardware in architecture and design. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Software. 5+ years experience with automotive electronics software and systems requirements 3+ years of experience in embedded C software development 3+ years in leading interdisciplinary engineering teams in terms of electronics and / or systems engineering. Excellent technical project management skills, including planning and organization, decision-making, problem-solving, and project management.
