Gedeon Richter is looking for a committed and experienced professional for the position Senior IT Project Manager Responsibilities Deliver local or global complex IT projects and programs using traditional or hybrid methodologies Lead cross-functional project teams involving IT teams, functional departments, Business and external vendors Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts using enterprise PPM tool Prepare, review, and govern project documentation, including planning, implementation, validation, and change control artifacts Actively manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive management Prepare and present decision materials, status reports and risk assessments to portfolio and project governance forums Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, compliance gaps and delivery dependencies Manage scope changes and ensure controlled implementation through formal change management Track financials, vendor performance and delivery outcomes Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Project Management Office and IT departments Requirements University degree (IT, engineering or management preferred) Business-fluent English 5–10+ years of experience as a Senior IT Project / Program Manager or Expert Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/SCRUM, SAFe, hybrid) PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM or equivalent certification (advantage) ITIL certification and experience with IT service transition (advantage) Proven ability to lead complex, global, matrix-organized teams Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Proactive, ownership-driven, and results-oriented working style PPM Tool (JIRA and Confluence) experience is an advantage What we offer Extensive benefits package (cafeteria, stock program, private life insurance) Training and development opportunities Medical services (Medicover) Various sport and health opportunities (gym, swimming pool, AYCM) Challenging, responsible professional work Long-term employment in an innovative and secure company The Richter community is looking forward to your application.
