Advanced Staff in Financial Accounting Advisory Services

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields; ACCA qualification or ongoing ACCA studies would be an advantage; Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English (at least upper intermediate level of English and advanced level of Russian); 1-3 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, Previous experience in a Big 4 firm would be an advantage; Experience with IFRS reporting and accounting advisory projects would be an advantage. General Responsibilities: Support senior team members in delivery of accounting advisory and financial reporting projects; Assist in development of accounting policies, methodologies and internal guidelines in accordance with IFRS; Participate in projects related to finance transformation, accounting process improvement and automation initiatives; Assist in preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with IFRS; Support IFRS implementation and financial reporting transformation projects; Participate in analysis of accounting and reporting processes and identification of areas for improvement; Assist in preparation of client deliverables, reports and presentation materials; Participate in communication and coordination with clients and engagement teams.
