Translate business needs into SAP SD functional specifications. System Configuration Configure SAP SD components: sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management. Set up master data (customer master, material master, condition records). Integration Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like MM (Materials Management), FI (Financial Accounting), and WM (Warehouse Management). Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments (ABAP). Testing & Validation Prepare test cases and conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and post-go-live. Documentation Create functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals. Maintain changing logs and update system documentation. Training & Support Train end-users and provide post-implementation support. Handle tickets and change requests in support projects. Support Tools / application support Familiar to SFDC (<Salesforce.com> - Sales and Service Functionality) Jira, Confluence, etc. Project Management (Outlook senior-level) Lead SAP SD implementation or rollout projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage timelines.
