Creative Project Sr Analyst

We're looking for a Creative Operations Sr Analyst who believes great creative work doesn't happen by accident—it happens through smart systems, strong partnerships, and continuous improvement. This isn't a traditional project management role, and it isn't a design role. You'll be the person who connects business strategy, creative excellence, and operational efficiency. You'll partner closely with Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve the way work gets done—from the moment a brief is submitted to the final delivery. You'll challenge processes, identify bottlenecks, leverage AI and automation, and ensure every deliverable has the right strategic foundation before it reaches our creative team.
