System Design, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning of Equipment- Provide field-grounded input to the procurement team on installation complexity, logistics requirements, and site-specific material needs across the 35 CMAs- Confirm the suitability and feasibility of electrical installation plans in all CMAs, in line with Ministry of Health infrastructure standards, before finalizing the procurement plan- Assess vendor and contractor proposals for technical compliance and cost-effectiveness- Verify on-site installation specifications before equipment delivery (power supply, cabling, space, ventilation)- Coordinate and supervise the installation of oxygen concentrators (5 LPM and 10 LPM), electrical equipment (UPS, batteries, solar inverters, voltage regulators, etc.),...
