Program Manager, Oxygen Program

Strategic Management and Program Oversight- Ensure the planning of the Oxygen program, in coordination with CHAI's global teams (GEMS, Analytics & Research) and with the Ministry of Health's relevant technical directorates- Ensure coordination between program phases (installation, training, post-installation supervision) to guarantee overall continuity and consistency, in alignment with the Ministry's own planning cycles- Develop annual work plans as well as the program's procurement plan, validated with the Ministry of Health where relevant- Ensure the existence and quality of the program's databases and monitoring dashboards (equipment, consumables, training, maintenance, patient data)—built and updated daily by the Senior Epidemiologist Associate, and designed to be usable by...
