Job Title Project Manager N+1 of Job Title Devision IND Working location Vietnam General Description Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures. Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities The Project Manager shall have served as PM for at least three (03) wind farm projects of comparable size and complexity. PMP/PgMP certification is highly preferred. The PM shall be responsible for overall management of the Owner’s Engineer services, including coordination with the Client, and control of schedule, quality, cost, and risk, covering the full project lifecycle from tender stage, engineering and construction design, through construction execution, commissioning, and achievement of Commercial Operation Date (COD). Ensuring Projects are on Schedule: Monitor project timelines and adjust work schedules as necessary to meet deadlines. Proactively identify and address any factors that could cause delays. Job Qualifications Provide professional bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or related discipline Proficiency in English Experiences in Wind Farm projects or Oil & Gas Industry >= 15 years; Experience in working as Client's Project >= 1 project Communication Skill: Clarifiy and effectiveness in verbal and written communication Problem-solving Abilities: Candidates showing they can handle construction-related challenges Job Competencies D.1 Technical and professional skills Has demonstrated strong abilities in managing people, or client liaison.
