Job Description – Business Developer & Project Manager (Renewables) Position: Business Developer & Project Manager – Renewables Sector Location: Greece Experience Required: 2–3 years in similar roles within engineering firms, EPC contractors, or renewable energy service providers Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in wind, solar, and biomass projects Manage end-to-end project delivery from proposal through commissioning Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders Coordinate technical teams (engineering, procurement, quality, safety) Support proposal development and tender management Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and timelines Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards Required Competencies: Proven track record in renewables (wind farms, solar plants, BESS) Strong project management and business development skills Experience in EPC or engineering environments Fluent English; Greek Knowledge of renewable energy regulations and technical standards Excellent communication and stakeholder management
