Job Summary To support tire testing activities and the evaluation of tire performance by ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and readiness of testing facilities, equipment, and test vehicles. Responsibilities Main Responsibilities Perform maintenance of testing equipment and calibrate measuring instruments according to the testing and maintenance plan. Provide testing support services, including inspection, maintenance, and verification of testing equipment such as vehicles, general tools, measuring instruments, and machinery. Coordinate and follow up with external service providers regarding the maintenance, procurement, rental, or installation of testing equipment. Evaluate and inspect test tracks and facilities for various performance aspects, including wear conditions, service life, High-Speed U/F testing, and other types of damage. Receive, inspect, and organize test tracks, equipment, tools, wheels, test vehicles, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and proper order. Continuously develop professional and technical competencies through training programs, self-learning, and reviewing publications related to the automotive industry. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Other Responsibilities Support the utilization of test tracks for both internal and external company activities. Enhance job-related knowledge in areas such as automobiles, tires, and specialized testing equipment. Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality management systems (ISO) and other management systems. Study and apply new technologies and innovative practices to improve work efficiency. Requirements High Vocational Certificate (Automotive Technology or related field) Hold a valid driving license for passenger cars. Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Basic English communication skills.
