Your Role The Contract Manufacturing Specialist (Reporting & Analytics) is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the global Contract Manufacturing (CM) network through reporting, analytics, performance monitoring, and business intelligence. The role partners closely with Contract Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver actionable insights, maintain data integrity, support capacity and cost analyses, track value creation initiatives, and provide visibility of key manufacturing and financial performance metrics. Through advanced analytics, digital tools, and reporting solutions, the position enables improved operational performance, cost competitiveness, strategic planning, and informed decision-making across the global CM organization. Your Key Task Reporting, Analytics & Insights Standardize and govern reporting across global Contract Manufacturing (CM) sites through reporting tools, templates, data governance, and stakeholder training. Deliver accurate and timely reports on CM performance, including production, inventory, capacity, volume, spend, and product costing, to support data-driven decision-making across Contract Manufacturing Operations and Procurement. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports by integrating data from multiple sources to enhance visibility of CM KPIs and metrics. Prepare executive-level analyses, presentations, and performance reports with insights and recommendations for Supply Chain Leadership Team (SCLT) reviews and strategic discussions. Provide ad hoc analytical support to stakeholders across Contract Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain functions as required. Data Management & Governance Maintain and govern global CM master file, OBC, and operational datasets, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and visibility across manufacturing operations, procurement activities, innovation projects, and product costing analytics. Capacity Planning & Forecasting Perform Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Long-Term Capacity Planning (LTCP) analyses to identify capacity risks and support capacity optimization and capital investment decisions. Coordinate with regional supply planners to consolidate, monitor, and analyze rolling monthly forecasts, ensuring visibility of demand and supply plan changes across the planning horizon. Cost Management & Value Creation Conduct global CM spend forecasting and provide inflation and transfer pricing inputs to support budgeting, financial planning, and procurement strategy. Perform product cost analysis and cost benchmarking across CM sites to identify procurement savings opportunities and support network optimization decisions. Track and report Value Creation Plan (VCP) initiatives within the enterprise savings reporting system, supporting savings validation and performance monitoring. Supplier Relationship Management Own the enterprise file of key supplier meeting cadence Incorporate improvement plan and track its progress Track and report contract expiration file Track and analyze identified supplier KPI’s Digital Enablement & Process Improvement Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other digital tools to automate repetitive processes and improve reporting efficiency. Skills and Experience Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years of experience in managing units in a global environment Proven experience in Data Analytics, Visualization, and Supply Chain Optimization. Proficiency in MS tools, Power BI, and other relevant digital tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and third-party manufacturing partners. Knowledge in SAP (S4-HANA) and Azure Databricks will be added advantage.
