About The Role
Join our Team About this opportunity: Are you ready to improve and transform material handling processes? We are looking for a Senior Process Control Specialist (Material Handling) to join our Supply Chain team in Tallinn. In this role, you will help shape how material handling processes work today and how they should work tomorrow. You will lead improvement initiatives, solve operational challenges, work with stakeholders across different functions, and drive changes that improve efficiency, quality, and compliance. What you will do: • Lead improvement and development initiatives within Material Handling. • Lead cross-functional improvement and change projects from idea to implementation. • Define project scope, engage stakeholders, coordinate activities, and ensure successful delivery. • Work closely with local and global stakeholders to achieve common goals. • Monitor and drive performance through objectives and key business metrics. • Ensure compliance with internal requirements and industry standards. • Lead and participate in audits. • Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions. • Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team. We are looking for someone who can: Understand Processes • Quickly understand how end-to-end processes work and identify improvement opportunities. • See the bigger picture and understand how different functions are connected. Solve Problems • Analyze data, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions. • Make decisions based on facts and evidence. Manage Stakeholders • Build strong working relationships across teams and functions. • Communicate clearly and influence others to achieve common goals. Ownership & Project Leadership • Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects from idea to implementation. • Take accountability for project outcomes, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and business results. • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and convert them into actionable plans. • Drive execution by coordinating the right stakeholders, resources, and activities.. Change Leadership • Lead process improvements that require changes across teams and ways of working. • Build stakeholder commitment and help teams successfully adopt new processes. • Ensure improvements are sustainable and become part of daily operations. What you will bring: Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Material Handling, Process Improvement, or a related field. Proven experience leading cross-functional process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence initiatives. Solid end to end Project Managment expertise; planning, coordinating, delivering projects involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies. Experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc. Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and functions. Strong communication and presentation skills to present to cross-functional audience English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
