About The Role
Your Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Senior Careers and Internship Advisor (m/f/d) for our rapidly expanding Careers Team to support the new mandatory internship programme at both Barcelona and Madrid campuses.
This role combines career guidance for students and graduates with strong business growth responsibilities, particularly by building bridges with industry and securing internship agreements for BSBI students.
You will report to the Head of Careers Service and you will be based in Madrid.
Your Responsibilities
Internally – Working with Students, Staff, and Academics
- Provide individual career counselling and group career guidance sessions to students and graduates
- Plan, develop, and deliver high-impact, in-person and hybrid workshops on career development, job search strategies and internship preparation
- Act as a key point of contact for all matters related to internships, ensuring each student is matched to a suitable
- placement-provider
- that aligns with their field of study and career goals
- Inform students of available internship opportunities, guiding them through application, interview, and placement processes
- Liaise closely with academic staff, particularly course tutors, to align internship placements with academic requirements and ensure learning objectives are met
- Supervise and support students throughout their internships, conducting regular check-ins and acting as a mediator if issues arise.
- Oversee and manage the submission, tracking, and evaluation of student internship reports in collaboration with tutors and administrative teams

- Collaborate proactively with the Campus Management, Marketing and Student Services Teams across Berlin, Hamburg, Barcelona,

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support Careers Service activities
Externally – Building and Managing Company Relationships
