Psychiatric Technician | Adult Services Location: Burnsville/Apple Valley, MN Salary: $25-$34/hour Transform Lives Through Expert Behavioral Support BrightPath seeks experienced behavioral professionals to provide sophisticated support services in our intensive adult residential programs. Join a team dedicated to evidence-based behavioral intervention in a high-acuity setting. Impact You'll Make: Implement advanced behavioral support strategies for adults requiring 2:1 staffing Lead crisis prevention and intervention in intensive behavioral settings Support complex behavioral and mental health needs Drive positive outcomes through data-driven approaches Create lasting change in clients' lives Required Qualifications: 4 years of experience working with severe challenging behaviors OR Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field Crisis intervention certification (CPI, MANDT, or equivalent) Comfort with physical interventions when necessary Strong documentation skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Your Experience Should Include: Managing aggressive behaviors Implementing behavior support plans Crisis de-escalation Physical intervention techniques Data collection and analysis What Sets You Apart: Experience with 2:1 staffing ratios Mental health background Documentation expertise What We Offer: Competitive hourly rates ($28-$34) Comprehensive benefits Structured advancement path Ongoing clinical training Professional development Note: This position requires managing severe challenging behaviors.
