About the Opportunity

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for growing market share and developing customer relationships within your assigned territory. Working closely with construction contractors, business owners, and equipment operators, you will help customers identify the right equipment solutions to support their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within your assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell construction and forestry equipment solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Conduct customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Achieve sales and market share targets.
  • Assist with customer events, product launches, and demonstrations.
  • Stay informed on product updates, financing options, and industry developments.

What You'll Bring

  • Sales industry experience, with a knowledge of heavy equipment, is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and develop new accounts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout your region.
  • A valid passport, or the ability to obtain one.
