Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude to create an outstanding experience.
• Assist guests with questions, inquiries, and redemption merchandise requests.
• Monitor and maintain attractions and the GameZone, ensuring they are safe, clean, and operational.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with machines when possible, and log unresolved issues for follow-up.
• Keep the attractions area clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Must maintain a polished, professional appearance.

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests, team members, and management.
• Attention to detail to ensure the attractions area is always guest-ready.
