As a T raining Planning & Content Senior Staff, you will play a key role in driving employee capability development through effective learning programs and content strategies. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing engaging learning materials, managing training plans and learning platforms, and ensuring content readiness to support business objectives. Your contribution will help enhance employee performance, strengthen product and technical knowledge, and foster a continuous learning culture across the organization. What We’ll Work on Together Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans to support business objectives and employee capability development. Conduct training needs analysis, create engaging learning materials, product knowledge programs, SOPs, assessments, and coaching tools to ensure learning effectiveness and content readiness. Manage and optimize learning platforms (LMS, Learning Canvas, Salesman App), monitor training implementation, and track learning adoption, knowledge improvement, and overall training effectiveness through data-driven insights and reporting. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Content Development, or a related function. Strong experience in training needs analysis, curriculum design, content development, facilitation, and learning management systems (LMS). Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to analyze learning data and translate business needs into impactful development programs.
