Industrial Maintenance Technician (M2P Technician) – Green Bay, WI Location: Green Bay, WI Company: BHS Corrugated North America BHS Corrugated is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support one of our customer locations in the Green Bay area. This position is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting industrial equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and working independently in a manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on corrugated manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime. Inspect equipment and identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance. Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs. Work directly with customer personnel and BHS management to support production goals. Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company and customer safety procedures. Participate in on-call coverage as required. What We're Looking For 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience working with motors, drives, conveyors, sensors, and industrial controls. Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics. PLC troubleshooting experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Preferred Experience Paper, packaging, corrugated, converting, or high-speed manufacturing experience. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation.
