Position Overview The Field Marketing role supports rice-focused marketing initiatives through direct customer engagement, shop front programs, data management, and field demonstrations. This role is essential in driving brand visibility, gathering market insights, and supporting sales force effectiveness across Malaysia’s rice-growing regions Job Responsibilities: 1.Customer Forums Coordinate logistics and content for rice customer forums. Support speaker preparation and presentation materials. Capture customer feedback and insights for post-event analysis. <2.Shop> Front Sales Programs Plan and execute shop front campaigns in collaboration with sales teams. Ensure promotional materials and samples are distributed effectively. 3.Customer Data Entries Maintain accurate and timely customer visit reports and data entries. Support DCA execution tracking and sales team productivity metrics. 4.Field and Rice Demo Visits & Surveys Participate in field demo visits to showcase product performance. Support rice team in data collection from farmers and retailers. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, or related field. Strong communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel frequently and work in rural environments. Familiarity with digital tools and basic data entry platforms. Working Conditions Field-based role with frequent travel across rice-growing regions. Flexible hours to accommodate farmer schedules and seasonal activities.
