Your responsibilities

Design Technical Solutions

Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable solution concepts and architectures.

Understand Complex IT Landscapes

Analyze systems, interfaces, data flows, dependencies, and existing architectures to develop solutions that integrate effectively into the client's environment.

Shape System Architecture

Define functional and technical concepts together with clients, software engineers, and other architects, balancing scalability, maintainability, security, and business requirements.

Drive Technical Alignment

Coordinate architectural decisions across different teams and stakeholders and ensure a shared understanding of the target solution.

Explore AI Solutions

Identify meaningful opportunities to leverage AI and modern technologies and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.

Stay Close to Implementation

Work with engineering teams throughout delivery, understand codebases and technical constraints, and ensure architectural concepts translate successfully into working software.

Validate Technical Solutions

Work with APIs, integrations, databases, cloud infrastructure, and testing approaches to understand and validate implementation decisions.

Provide Technical Guidance

Act as a trusted technical sparring partner for clients and internal teams and help navigate complex architectural and technology decisions.

Drive Innovation

Continuously evaluate new technologies and approaches and identify opportunities to improve architectures, systems, and software solutions.

Technical Project Experience

You have several years of experience working on complex software systems, architectures, or technology implementation projects.

Architecture & Solution Design

You are comfortable understanding complex IT landscapes and translating requirements into functional and technical solution concepts.

Software Engineering Understanding

You have a strong understanding of modern software development and can engage with engineering teams on technical implementation decisions.

Modern Technology Expertise

You understand APIs, integrations, databases, distributed systems, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

AI Mindset

You are curious about AI and understand how emerging technologies can be applied to solve real business and technology challenges.

Technical Ownership

You are comfortable taking responsibility for technical concepts and guiding them from initial design through successful implementation.
