Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with homeroom teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons and weekly activities
• Support students by identifying areas for academic growth and providing targeted assistance
• Assist with classroom behavior management and help maintain a positive learning environment
• Contribute to classroom organization, visual appeal, and overall readiness
• Monitor students during morning and afternoon bus duty
• Use technology effectively to support instruction and communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education
• Prior teaching experience at the elementary school level
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
