About The Role

What You'll Do As an X-Ray Technologist at OrthoAtlanta, you’ll: Explain procedures clearly, address concerns, and ensure patients are positioned correctly for musculoskeletal imaging Operate X-ray equipment safely and efficiently to produce diagnostic digital images of bones, joints, and soft tissues Apply proper immobilization techniques and follow established safety protocols at all times Perform routine checks on X-ray equipment and adhere to quality control standards Monitor and restock X-ray supplies as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations Record procedures and imaging results accurately and efficiently within the electronic medical record system A Great Fit If You… Pay close attention to detail and value accuracy in diagnostic imaging Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and healthcare providers Thrive in a busy clinical setting and can manage multiple imaging requests efficiently Work independently while also collaborating with a broader clinical team What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography State certified by South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) 1+ year of experience as an X-Ray Technician (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Why OrthoAtlanta?
