Maintenance Technician

About the role We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Maintenance Technician to work Monday through Friday. What you'll do Responsibilities include the following: Ensure that each assigned property is maintained according to company standards Conduct routine checks and service equipment to prevent failures Some heavy lifting of furniture and equipment Troubleshoot problems and make repairs Provide excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies Qualifications This position requires the following skills and qualifications: Technical school preferred, High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent field A general mechanical knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building trades Proficient in reading, writing, grammar and mathematical skills Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance Have a valid driver’s license Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (both required) EPA Universal Certification preferred Benefits We believe in rewarding our employees with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Group life insurance Paid vacation and holidays Recognition programs Career-developing opportunities Mentorship and ongoing feedback Supportive team environment that values your contributions
