About The Role
About the Role As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects across R&D, customer deployments, and business transformation to ensure timely and efficient delivery. You will manage resources, budgets, and risks while maintaining clear communication with global telecom partners. With a strong technical understanding of 4G/5G Core networks and IoT SaaS solutions, you will support tailored deployments that align with customer needs. The role is based in Bucharest and follows a hybrid model: 2 days/week in the office and 3 days WFH. Location: The Bridge 3, Sector 6, Bucharest. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage cross-functional projects across R&D, customer deployments, and business transformations, ensuring timely and goal-aligned execution; Plan and allocate resources effectively, monitor team workload, and proactively address bottlenecks and risks; Track project progress, handle changes and conflicts, and maintain alignment with scope, timelines, and objectives; Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring smooth communication; Oversee project finances, including budget tracking, cost control, and ensuring financial targets are met; Drive technical discussions and support deployment of 4G/5G Core networks and IoT SaaS solutions with global telecom operators; Foster continuous improvement, contribute to PMO best practices, and ensure efficient project structures and processes. Requirements 8+ years of project management experience, ideally with a PMP certification; Strong experience in the telecom industry, particularly in 4G and 5G standards, as well as IoT and IP networks; Knowledge of cloud services, such as serverless computing, containerization, and microservices; Proven ability to successfully manage complex projects with durations of 6+ months, involving cross-functional teams; Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural and multinational environment. Bonus Points (preffered skills) Experience working globally and across different time zones, managing diverse and dispersed teams; Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude; Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
