Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Company is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor - Weekend Shift to lead and coordinate production operations within our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives are achieved, while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, support lean manufacturing principles, and collaborate across departments to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations.The shift hours are Friday-Monday, 7 a.m.- 5 p.m.
