Solo OTR Position

Typically

• 10–14 days out
• No-touch freight
• Consistent OTR miles
• Late-model equipment
• Weekly pay
• Home time between trips
• Year-round freight

Experienced Solo Pay

• $0.45–$0.55 CPM
• , based on qualifying experience.
• Additional performance and mileage incentives may be available.

Driver Mentor Opportunity

• Experienced drivers interested in training new CDL holders may choose the Mentor program.
• Mentors typically spend approximately
• 11 days OTR
• with each student, including an observation day followed by qualifying training days. Mentors receive priority mileage opportunities and additional compensation while training.

Mentor Compensation

• New drivers complete initial training followed by OTR training with an experienced mentor. Drivers with less than three months of qualifying experience start at

• After reaching three months of qualifying experience, drivers may transition to the experienced solo pay range of
• $0.45–$0.55 CPM

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Experienced Solo/Mentor applicants need at least
