VP, Portfolio Management - Credit

As Vice President / Senior Vice President – Portfolio Management, you will provide senior-level oversight of portfolio performance across Arrow’s CRE Lending book, which spans over €3.9bn AUM and is spread across several of Arrow’s propriety fund vehicles. You will work in close coordination with loan Asset Management and Risk teams to monitor portfolio performance, direct their output, and ensure key portfolio metrics are being <met.You> will sit in the directly in the centre of the business. Facing upward to the decision-making stakeholders (Investment Committee, Board, CEO) and facing downward to the on-the-ground experts across deal, risk and asset management. You will hold the top-down view of the portfolio, with the ability to zoom in on an individual credit as needed. You will be a key player in managing downside risk at the fund-level initiating proactive strategies such as hedging etc.
