Due to the company’s continued growth and the anticipated increase in investment activity, Norfin is looking to recruit a Finance Accounting Associate Main tasks and responsibilities Preparing and registering fund operations in Fund Manager and in Primavera software Preparing and registering operation for the SPV’s under management (non-regulated companies) in Primavera Providing information for the preparation of financial models and business plans Registering stamp tax on lease agreements Preparing maps of outstanding rents Registering invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers Preparing and reviewing tax returns, and other fiscal declarations Preparing information for auditors and reporting to regulators.
