Job Description Aramark UK are currently looking for a talented Commis Chef to join our team at Great Western Hospital, SN3 6BB. Job Responsibilities In the absence of the Sous Chef, assume responsibility in the overall kitchen operation supporting Chef Manager To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard Follow recipes and prepare food for service Deliver first class food throughout service Supporting with managing the P&L and all associated financials Deliver first class food throughout service Manage all associated administration Key Requirements: Relevant culinary experience operating at a Chef De Partie level A passion for food and service Flexible approach to hours and duties IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders About Aramark All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
