Salesforce Administrator
alida · Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines
About The Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations department who is energetic, driven, and thrives in a positive, forward-thinking, and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is well-versed in the world of SaaS, highly organized, and passionate about system optimization, technical troubleshooting, and data integrity.
In this role, you will be the primary business owner of our Salesforce ecosystem. Beyond standard administration, you will serve as the first line of defense for technical configuration issues and complex data mapping discrepancies across our tech stack. You will implement best practices, integrate key platforms, identify development initiatives, and standardise the adoption of Salesforce across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary business owner and administrator for the Salesforce platform
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex configuration issues, system bugs, and Salesforce data mapping/integration errors across upstream and downstream systems
Perform advanced administration and configuration of Salesforce CPQ and core CRM functionalities, ensuring seamless automation flows
Design and maintain Object architecture, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Flows, approval processes, custom fields, formulas, and Chatter groups to enhance business efficiency
Leverage a foundational understanding of Salesforce development to review existing customizations, collaborate effectively with developers on complex enhancements, and identify when a solution requires programmatic development (Apex/Triggers) versus declarative configuration
Manage user setups, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
Perform routine database maintenance, de-duping, and cleanup procedures to ensure premium data quality and reliable mapping structures
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant Salesforce administration experience
Salesforce Certified Administrator designation is a must
Good foundational understanding of Salesforce CRM, opportunity management, and configuration
Hands-on experience or familiarity with Salesforce CPQ tools and pricing structures
Automation Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow (building, debugging, and optimizing complex record-triggered, schedule-triggered, and screen flows)
Integrations & Third-Party Automation: Proven experience connecting Salesforce with other ecosystem tools and external platforms. Direct experience designing, managing, and troubleshooting automated workflows using Make or similar iPaaS tools is highly required
Strong ability to document technical requirements, manage competing priorities, and handle dotted-line resource workflows smoothly
Must be amenable to work in Eastern Time Zone (9pm-6am PH time)
