What We Offer $19.65–$23.00 per hour Weekly pay through direct deposit Flexible per diem scheduling Day and weekend opportunities One-on-one client care Valley Stream and surrounding Nassau County cases Opportunities for drivers and non-drivers Referral and bonus opportunities when available Supportive recruiting, scheduling, and clinical teams Streamlined onboarding to help qualified caregivers get started What You'll Do As a Home Health Aide, you'll work directly with clients in their homes and provide the support they need to remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Helping with activities of daily living Providing companionship and emotional support Preparing light meals Light housekeeping and laundry Providing medication reminders Assisting with mobility when needed Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition What You Need YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT NEW YORK STATE HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA) CERTIFICATE TO APPLY. Qualified applicants should also have: At least one year of caregiving experience Current physical examination Current PPD or QuantiFERON documentation, or applicable chest X-ray documentation MMR documentation Authorization to work in the United States Dependable and professional communication A compassionate approach to client care Drivers and Non-Drivers Are Welcome Drivers are strongly encouraged to apply because transportation may open the door to additional cases throughout Nassau County.
