Pay & Financial Package

Starting Base Rate

• $23.00 to $24.50 per hour
• (Pure hourly pay based on experience)

Overtime Pay

• Time-and-a-half (1.5x)
• paid for all hours worked over 40 in a week

Weekly Earnings Average

• $1,200 gross per week
• (Driven by a standard 40-hour base schedule plus ~5–10 hours of weekly overtime)

Annual Earning Potential

• ~$62,400+ per year

The Work & Physical Demands

Home Time

• 100% Home Daily,
• finish your daily shift and head straight home

Core Role

Active yard hostling/spotting (moving trailers around the retail distribution yard) and local shuttling

Freight Handling

• 100% No-Touch Cargo
• (Store/warehouse staff handles all freight inside trailers; you handle trailer positioning, landing gear, and air lines)

Work Environment

Active, physically demanding yard position working outdoors continuously in Phoenix heat and cold weather elements
