Maintenance Technician

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - UP TO $28/HOUR

AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, YOU'LL KEEP OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITY RUNNING BY MAINTAINING, TROUBLESHOOTING, AND REPAIRING CNC (COMPUTER NUMERICAL CONTROL) MACHINES AND AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT.

CNC MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. THIS IS NOT A GENERAL FACILITIES MAINTENANCE POSITION. WE'RE LOOKING FOR TECHNICIANS WITH HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE MAINTAINING, DIAGNOSING, AND REPAIRING CNC MACHINERY IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Diagnose equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs and parts inventory.
• Support warehouse operations and equipment.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3-5 years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
