Site Engineering Team Leader

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the assigned site team.
• Distribute tasks and responsibilities among team members according to project priorities.
• Ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily productivity and progress and report any delays or issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Follow up on material requirements and communicate shortages or delays to the responsible team.
• Ensure that tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and efficiently.
• Maintain discipline and professional conduct within the assigned team.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day site problems and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Support project activities during snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure that assigned activities are completed within the required timeframe and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in *Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field* is preferred.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience* in construction, fit-out, interior works, or a related field.
• Previous experience supervising construction or fit-out teams is highly preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of construction and site activities.
• Ability to understand and follow architectural, civil, or MEP drawings relevant to the assigned work.
• Experience coordinating workers, subcontractors, and different site trades.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
