Responsibilities

• Interact with Finnish-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Address inquiries regarding products and services while offering tailored assistance.
• Effectively manage and resolve client concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction and client loyalty.
• Log all client interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and client relationship practices.
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and preferences.
• Stay informed about the company’s offerings and industry trends to efficiently inform clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in client relations, customer support, or a related role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer applications.
