Responsibilities

Offer exceptional support to Finnish-speaking corporate clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding corporate accounts, product information, and service issues effectively and efficiently.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and expertise.
Educate corporate customers about the company's products and services to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.
Work collaboratively with sales and technical support teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

Requirements

Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, particularly in a corporate or B2B environment.
Strong understanding of corporate customer needs and a professional demeanor in service delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in customer service software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
